Sport Management Major (BBA)
The Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Management is an exciting new program designed to prepare students for dynamic careers in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. Blending core business principles with the unique demands of sport, this program equips students with the skills needed to thrive in areas such as marketing, event management, analytics, and leadership. Through a forward-thinking curriculum and real-world applications, students gain a competitive edge while exploring the business behind professional, semi-professional, collegiate, and interscholastic sport.

The BBA in Sport Management is a new program in the Carter School of Business that is in the process of meeting the conditions of eligibility for accreditation by the Commission on Sport Management Accreditation (COSMA).

The purpose of the major in Sport Management is to equip students with an exceptional, Christ-centered education in management so that they can become ethical leaders and managers in the global economy. We help students translate theory into practice with a focus on serving the needs of others. Our approach seeks to integrate the latest research with the timeless truths of Scripture to help students navigate the business world from a Christian perspective.
