Homeschool Students

Each year DBU welcomes over 50 homeschool students into its incoming class. That represents over 10% of all incoming first-year students!

We believe homeschool students bring unique qualities to our campus and are often our most prepared and dedicated students, and we are excited to welcome you to the DBU Family!

Admissions

The admissions process for homeschool students is the same as for students graduating from public or private schools. Our admissions steps will walk you through the process.

Support for Homeschool Families

Our goal here at Dallas Baptist University is to make your transition into college as smooth as possible. We are here to serve and support you in any way that we can.

DBU is a beautiful and safe campus that embraces the integration of faith and learning. All DBU faculty and staff are professing Christians and take the time to intentionally encourage and support a student’s success, both in and out of the classroom.

Campus life at DBU is very exciting, with campus-wide events that allow students to connect with one another while sharing a fun experience. We also offer numerous ministry opportunities on and off campus that are centered on serving a diverse amount of people in the surrounding communities. Most importantly, in everything we do at DBU, making Christ known is our focus and purpose.
