Thank you for your interest in the various ways that Dallas Baptist University partners with local churches. At DBU, we understand that in a very real sense, we are an extension of the local church of Jesus Christ. We hope that you will see DBU as the way your church can provide University education to those looking to further equip themselves for God's calling on their lives. DBU is Christ-centered, and our goal is to send out servant leaders who will transform the world. Our graduates serve in churches as pastors, staff members, deacons, and Sunday school teachers, among numerous other capacities. We also want to be a help to churches as they do their ministry. Church Resources
The Graduate School of Ministry welcomes church staff and lay members to access resources created by DBU faculty to improve ministry in your local church.
Ministerial Fellowship Program
The Ministry Fellowship Program at Dallas Baptist University delivers comprehensive, accredited, and fully transferrable graduate classes to participants in church residency programs through courses in the Graduate School of Ministry.
Residents who complete the required courses will earn an Advanced Certificate from DBU in their respective field of ministry and may directly transfer courses into a master's degree.
DBU is pleased to match designated Christian church gifts for DBU students, up to $3,500 per academic year per student.

D-Now RequestThe DBU Ignite Ministry exists to serve churches in and around the greater Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex that would like assistance with Disciple Now weekends. Ignite teams are trained and dedicated groups of DBU students who have a heart for student ministry.
Undergraduate Programs, Graduate Programs, Doctoral Programs
If God has called you to the ministry, we have programs to equip and prepare you to be the kind of minister and leader that our world needs today. From undergraduate to doctoral degrees, our programs provide a firm foundation for ministry, as well as an advanced curriculum to integrate biblical truth with practical insights for your calling.
For students with work experience who are at least 24 years of age, it is possible to receive academic credit.
