Etiquette Dinner

The semiannual Etiquette Dinner is an evening of etiquette training in formal dining protocol and dressing for success held once during the fall semester and once during the spring semester. Attendees will learn proper manners, place settings, and general table reminders while enjoying an evening three-course meal. You will learn how to properly fold a napkin, the direction your server will present your entree, and when it is appropriate to open your menu when dining out with a professional host. You will also learn etiquette for each course of a meal from the bread and butter plate, soup, salad, a main course to the dessert. It is highly encouraged that you attend this main campus event if you are interested or will be working at all in a professional setting that may require dining with potential clients, employers, or investors. This will further assist students who are preparing for job interviews and demonstrate how to dress once they land the position.
