The Value of DBU

At its heart, education is an investment.

It takes time to study and put in the hours needed to produce positive results. It takes involvement from friends, mentors, and family members to stretch and grow students. And it takes resources to ensure you have the ability to begin and complete a program.

Your educational investment will pay off, both for your career and your calling.

When you cross the stage after your time at DBU, you’ll be walking away with so much more than just a diploma. Your college years are fun yet also formative, preparing you for all the Lord has in store for you! And we get it, college isn’t cheap. But we’re here to help you navigate paying for college as well as getting the absolute most out of your experience!

Tuition and Aid at DBU

Cost of Attendance

Cost of Attendance includes tuition, fees, and housing costs incurred by attending DBU. Please keep in mind most students qualify for some amount of financial aid, so your total costs may be lower than the published rates.

Financial Aid

Financial aid includes scholarships, grants, and loan options to help you meet the cost of a private education at DBU. We offer both merit and need-based forms of financial aid.

Dallas Baptist University is nationally recognized for its outstanding Christ-centered education. DBU offers a transformative college experience. By integrating faith into all areas of learning, DBU produces thoughtful Christian leaders who are diverse in their callings, yet united in their purpose.

A DBU education is an investment that will bring a lifetime of returns. At DBU, students experience a holistic education that develops the mind, body, and spirit. Students at DBU do more than grow in their knowledge and expertise, they grow spiritually as well.

We understand the challenge of paying for a college education. We work with families to ensure they receive the most financial aid available. While DBU is one of the more affordable private universities, financial aid can help lower your college costs even further. Most DBU students graduate with less debt than students from other private and even some public institutions.
