How To Request A Transcript
The transcript of college credits is an official copy of the student's permanent record, bearing the school seal and the signature of the Registrar. Copies of the student's transcript can be ordered online through Parchment, accessible by the link on the right-hand menu and on the button below:
Please note that in order to request a DBU transcript, a payment of $10.00* per copy is required to cover the costs.

Receiving Transcripts
Transcripts will not be released if the student has outstanding financial, academic, or administrative obligations to the University except when required by law. This policy includes, but is not limited to, the Cashier's Office, the Financial Aid Office, the Bookstore, the Athletic Department, or any other department or agency considered a part of the University.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Transcripts sent electronically typically arrive within minutes after placing your order.
- Printed orders will be mailed the same day if received before 2:00 pm ET and the next weekday if received later in the day.
- Standard shipping orders have a normal USPS delivery time of 5-7 business days.
- FedEx orders are sent via overnight shipping.
Regardless of your attendance dates, you will order a transcript through Parchment. However, please note that transcripts for students who attended prior to 2000 are retrieved from a different system. Therefore, an additional 1-2 business days could be added to the processing time.
Transcripts will not be released if money is owed to the University.
No, transcripts do not reflect classes that you are currently enrolled in. Transcripts will only reflect grades for completed classes.
