  • A scholarship equal to 25% of regular tuition rates.
  • Waiver of the Application Fee.
  • Waiver of Registration Fees associated with Advance and Regular enrollment periods.
  • Deferred billing for the student (see Cashier's Office for more information).
  • Once you have applied to DBU and are accepted, you can meet with your DBU academic advisor to register for classes.

  • After registering for classes each semester, you will need to notify the DBU Cashier's Office of your employer's tuition benefits and indicate you are a part of the City of Plano agreement to receive the tuition reduction. The 25% tuition reduction will be applied in the form of a scholarship on your student account after the 10th class day each semester.
