Minors
To include an optional minor, a student’s program of study must include General Studies and academic major courses and may also include electives. Minors are available in any department of the University that offers the required number and level of courses. There are several benefits of choosing a minor as an undergraduate student. A thoughtfully paired minor can equip the student with a substantial grounding in fields outside of the student’s major and provide a deeper understanding of the desired major.
