Paola is President and CEO of Consulting firm TXYSAI – She has 21 years of experience in IT Transformation and Business Innovation. Recently, Paola worked as CTO for the State of Hawaii, encompassing 18 executive branches, 106 attached agencies and 136 boards and commissions.

Richard Finn is the Lead Product Marketing Manager , Internet of Things (IoT) at AT&T. He graduated from DBU with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, and travels around the world and speaks on topics on IoT – recently he was a panelist at Telecom Industry Association flagship event Connectivity Jam. Joining AT&T, Richard dove right into the Internet of Things and exploring the new business models it enables. He works on the Digital Strategy & Developer Ecosystem team where he focuses on AT&T’s IoT Data Plans.
