Forum on International Education and Leadership 2024

The Forum on International Education and Leadership is a five-day conference consisting of plenary sessions, interviews, and conversations with attendees. The purpose of this Forum is (1) to equip DBU’s global partners with the abilities of a transformational leader and (2) to empower leaders to engage in an exchange of ideas for collective advancement.

The Forum will extend from Monday to Friday. The conference will consist of plenary sessions as well as smaller conversations and sessions. The sessions will be taught by a select group of DBU’s global faculty as well as international educators. We will also host roundtables that will be structured to serve as a networking opportunity and a time for an in-depth discussion on things learned at the conference.

Each attendee should experience the following:

1. Personal character development
2. Professional leadership enrichment

4. Encouragement for institutional mentorship & communal problem-solving
