Frequently Asked Questions

DBU North is a full-service facility with classroom space to accommodate over 80 classes per semester. During our long semesters, classes typically meet one night per week, either 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or 8:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. Classes are also offered on weekends (Friday nights and Saturdays) and during special one-week and two-week mini-terms.

The Patriot Store is located at our main campus in southwest Dallas. Bookstore operating hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Many of our DBU North students choose to order their books online and have them delivered directly to their home. There are a number of ways to register. You can register in person during regular business hours at either the main campus or DBU North. Also you can take advantage of Full Service Saturdays held the second Saturday of each month at the Main Campus. During Full Service Saturdays, the Main Campus offices, including the Bookstore, Cashier’s Office, College of Professional Studies, College of Business, Financial Aid Office, Graduate Office, Registrar’s Office, and Undergraduate Admissions Office are open to serve you. At DBU North, students can currently complete general studies, major, and elective courses towards the completion of several undergraduate majors, as well as Master's degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Management (MAM or MSM), Education (MED), and School Counseling (MEDSC). As DBU’s student base in Collin County grows, we will continue adding additional course opportunities.
