Vance
Memorial Library’s collection includes a wide variety
of multimedia resources, including:
- Videos
- DVDs
- CDs
- CD-ROMs
- Audio
tapes
- Records
(LPs)
All of
these items, except the LPs, are located behind the Circulation
Desk, 1st floor of the Collins Learning Center. Please ask
for assistance. The LPs are shelved near the media carrels
and Periodicals section on the 1st floor.
MEDIA
CARRELS
The
Library maintains 7 media carrels for listening or viewing
of multimedia resources. These include:
- Two
viewing stations for videos
- Two
viewing stations for DVDs
- Three
listening stations for CDs
- One
listening station for audio tapes or records
To use
the media carrels, you will need headphones, which may be
checked out at the Circulation Desk. Other equipment may require special accessories - please check with Circulation Desk personnel for more information.
