the Intensive English Program at DBU

academic course work at an American University with

I Want to Go to DBU"

Joint Certificate of Financial Responsibility
(Click
here to download) - The student's sponsor must certify
the ability and intent to support the student during his/her
entire stay at DBU for at least $18,379.00 USD per year (12
months). This document must be dated within three months of
the application.
7. Education and Work History (Click
here to download) This document is only needed if
the online application is submitted. This document is
already a part of the hard copy International Application.
8. Copy of Passport Page
For
Commuter Applicants Only
Proof
of tuberculosis testing (for commuter students only) (Click
here to download) within the last two years.
This document must be dated within two years of registration
at DBU.
Residence
Hall Application (for dorm students only)
(Click here to download)
- The Residence Hall application needs to be fully completed
by students who will reside in the campus dormitory.
This document should be complete before moving on
campus.
Report
of Medical History (for dorm students only)
(Click here to download)
- It is essential that this form to be completed with a medical
doctor's signature. All immunizations taken need to list dates
of the last immunization. Medical costs in the U.S. are expensive.
It saves time and money to fully document this form in your
country. This document should be comlete before moving
on campus.
