Dropping and Adding a Course

When a student drops and adds an equal number of credit hours within the same semester or term, it is considered an even exchange and no prorated refund is calculated. If a student drops and adds courses within different semesters or terms, credit for courses dropped will be determined based on the percentage noted in the appropriate semester Schedule of Classes. Courses added will be charged at full tuition rates. In either case, the student will be subject to the add/drop fee and any other applicable fees.

CAUTION:
Any change in your class schedule may affect your financial aid. If you are receiving any form of financial assistance, check with the Financial Aid Office before changing your schedule. If you stop attending classes or withdraw from school before completing at least 60% of the semester, you will be required to repay a portion of any federal financial aid you received.
