Mission Statement:

To promote the University’s mission by providing a means of comparing institutional performance with institutional purpose for the specific objective of achieving quality and ongoing improvement in each department.

The Mission Is Accomplished Through These Specific Means:

• Training and support for the annual reporting process which includes submission of Program Descriptions and Annual Reports from each academic and academic support unit
• Management and archiving of all documents relating to institutional effectiveness which include, but are not limited to, program descriptions, annual reports, Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) reviews and minutes, faculty training, and archiving and imaging all documents relating to past and current reaffirmation of accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS)
• Support for the IEC subcommittee review process through research and document duplication
• Coordination and scheduling of additional faculty training opportunities as related to assessment and best practices in education
