God calls each of us to a season of transformation, a process of becoming more and more like Him, a process that is intensified during the years spent in college. At DBU, we believe God has called us to prepare students through the development of the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
At this time in our history, we sense the Lord leading us to advance our mission to the next stage, and we need your help to make this happen. Please take the time to read through these pages and prayerfully consider joining us in this process to transform the lives of students who will transform the world.
Adam C. Wright, Ph.D.
DBU stands at the threshold of the next chapter. For more than a century, its mission has remained constant to produce servant leaders who transform their communities.
Now, we look to transform the world.
With the launch of the Transform Campaign, DBU will expand its mission through a variety of new initiatives, beginning with the establishment of a new Residential College whose focus will be the intense development of servant leaders. Students from a variety of vocational callings will be challenged, encouraged, and mentored all within the confines of a Residential College structure.
For centuries, this educational model has produced change agents, and at DBU, it will produce global Christian leaders who seek to transform the world all for the glory of God.
Transforming lives at DBU is not a new mission—it is who we are and who we have been for more than a century. The Transform Campaign reflects the five areas of mission emphasis for Dallas Baptist University
