Home of the Patriots Military Scholarship

The Home of the Patriots Scholarship (HOPS) at DBU is a scholarship that may be available to active-duty military students, veterans, and their dependents.

Scholarship Amount

The Home of the Patriots Scholarship is valued at $600 per semester for qualifying students who are enrolled full-time. Those enrolled in less than full-time status will receive a prorated amount based on actual enrollment.

How to Apply

In order to apply for the scholarship a student must complete the Home of the Patriots Scholarship Application.

To ensure timely consideration for the HOPS Scholarship, please submit your application by the end of the first day of classes for the semester in which you are applying. While we understand that delays happen, applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed for the following semester and cannot be applied retroactively.
