Global Community Scholarship

The Global Community Scholarship is available to students from a Global Community partner.  It is awarded when students do not qualify for the Christian Service and Academic Scholarships.

International undergraduate or graduate students who are affiliated with Global Community partners

Scholarship Amount

The Global Community Scholarship awards $100 per credit hour.

Students interested in the Global Community Scholarship should contact the International Admissions Office upon admission to Dallas Baptist University for application information and next steps.

• Maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA while attending DBU

Additional Information

This scholarship does not stack with CLS, CSS, or Academic Scholarships.

Maintaining this Scholarship

• Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
• Progress toward the completion of their program of study at a rate that will ensure graduation is a reasonable length of time (meet Satisfactory Academic Progress).
• Maintain moral and ethical standards that would be exemplary of the life of Christ.
• Maintain all specific requirements of the award.
