The mission of the DBU Dorothy M. Bush College of Education Educator Preparation Unit is to provide a Christ-centered, supportive learning environment in which candidates develop as servant leaders to transform the lives of all students in order to create a positive impact in their local and global community. The Educator Preparation Unit seeks to prepare DBU candidates through the development of deep content and pedagogical knowledge, effective skills, and critical dispositions.
