Prayer Gatherings

Throughout the Year

Join us at the Parent Prayer Gathering to pray for DBU students and the university. Gatherings will take place at various locations throughout the semester. They are a great way for parents to connect.

Family Weekend

Homecoming Event

Family Weekend is an annual DBU tradition inviting students' families to University Hill during the Homecoming festivities. Invite the family for a fun weekend on campus and cheer on the DBU Patriots!

Chapel is a foundational event of the campus's Spiritual Life experience. The DBU family comes together to worship, learn truths from Scripture, and hear important announcements about campus life.

Spring Event

Spring Sing is a university tradition where Greek Life showcases their singing, dancing, and acting talents. The event consists of two rounds, with the first round being for all groups, to determine a winner.

The College of Fine Arts offers musical performances and artistic showcases to highlight the talents of DBU students and faculty. The annual Christmas Festival is a favorite DBU Christmas tradition.

Students preparing to graduate can participate in two very special DBU traditions. The Candlelighting Service and Commencement Service celebrate the conclusion of their time at DBU.
