Dr. Ryan Allison serves as Associate Dean of Graduate Programs and Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Don and Linda Carter School of Business at Dallas Baptist University. Prior to joining DBU, he spent more than two decades in executive leadership roles across manufacturing, packaging, printing, agriculture, environmental services, food, and consumer products, leading organizations through growth initiatives, operational transformations, and business turnarounds. Throughout his career, he has partnered with family-owned businesses, boards, and private equity stakeholders to improve organizational performance, restore financial discipline, and create long-term value.

Dr. Allison is passionate about developing the next generation of business leaders through the integration of academic excellence, practical application, and Christ-centered leadership. Drawing from extensive experience in strategy, operations, and organizational leadership, he teaches students to approach complex business challenges with integrity, wisdom, and a servant-leader mindset. He is committed to helping students discover their calling and maximize their influence for Christ in the marketplace and beyond.

Dr. Allison earned a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Liberty University and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in business, leadership, and strategy.

He and his family reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he enjoys investing in students, mentoring emerging leaders, and serving in his local church alongside his immediate family.
