Parent Guide: Proxy Access

This guide is designed to help parents and guardians understand how to access their student’s information once proxy access has been granted. Here you will find step-by-step instructions for logging in, navigating the system, and viewing the information your student has chosen to share.

  1. Open selfservice.dbu.edu. 

  2. Once you reach the landing page, input your username.

  3. Input your password.

  4. You will then receive a verification code in your email. Input your verification code and click "Submit".

  5. Select your student's account.

  6. Once inside the student's profile, you may view data the student has given you access to via proxy permissions.

If you believe you are missing access to certain information, please note that only your student can grant or adjust your permissions within Proxy Access.
