DBU Night of Worship with Hillsong

On Friday, August 28, the DBU Family came together in Pilgrim Chapel for a Night of Worship led by special guest Aran Puddle, who serves as Creative Director at Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia. This event marked the second time since 2017 that DBU has joined together with Hillsong for a Night of Worship.

"Our students were challenged, God was glorified, Jesus was honored, and Holy Spirit was present," said Dr. Matt Murrah, Vice President for Financial Affairs. "We are so thankful for our long-term, special relationship with Hillsong College."

Through an established partnership, students of Hillsong International Leadership College can transfer up to 78 credit hours to DBU while choosing from 18 bachelor's degrees and 4 accelerated degrees. Qualifying students are also eligible to receive financial assistance through the HILC Scholarship and Christian Leadership Scholarship.

"Hillsong gave me a kingdom mindset, and DBU has given me the management and business skills to lead and serve wherever God calls me next," said W. Scott Bolin, a DBU transfer student from Hillsong College.
