DALLAS—Dallas Baptist University honored Norm Miller, Interstate Batteries chairman, as the recipient of the 2011 Russell H. Perry Free Enterprise Award during the annual award dinner which was held on Monday, November 7, at the Anatole Hotel in Dallas.
