Paola Saibene named IGE Senior Fellow for Digital Ethics and Data Privacy

Paola Saibene joins DBU's Institute for Global Engagement as Senior Fellow for Digital Ethics and Data Privacy. This new role will accompany her current responsibilities at DBU as Founder and Chair of the Center of Excellence in Digital Ethics and Adjunct Professor for the Master's of Science in Information Technology Security & Risk Management.

A highly sought-after speaker, Saibene is an expert in the realm of digital ethics, Cybersecurity, data privacy, enterprise risk, and strategy. She has served in various capacities within government, commercial, education, finance, industrial manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, software development, and non-profit organizations.

A few of her roles include CEO of Quartus Factor specializing in organizational resiliency, President of Innovation-TVA focusing on merger and acquisition preparedness, and Founder and Chair of Privacy Mind, a non-profit that seeks to instill digital ethics amongst executives with legal, technology, and transformation responsibilities across the globe.

Prior to this, Saibene was a CIO/CTO/CSO/VP ERM/Global Privacy Officer at various multi-billion-dollar, international organizations. Saibene was the keynote speaker at the DFW Technology Prayer Breakfast in 2019 and is considered one of the brightest minds in digital ethics and data privacy.
