Dallas Baptist University hosted Consecrate Conference on October 15-16 in Pilgrim Chapel. An evening session on Friday and a full day of sessions on Saturday brought DBU students together from different vocational paths and walks of life to be renewed in their devotion to the pursuit of holiness and to develop a deeper commitment to obey the Great Commission in their generation.
Speakers for the event included a diverse variety of notable authors and Christian leaders, including Jennie Allen, Matt Chandler, Luke Lefevre, Brie Odom, Niko Peele, Daniel Macleod, Grant Skeldon, and Nik Brennt.
"We were so pleased to host the Consecrate Conference at DBU and have students be involved in this unique gathering," said Dr. Jay Harley, Vice President for Student Affairs. "Their vision to see young adults fully surrendered to Christ is impressive, and we were glad to work alongside them to see the conference attendees commit themselves to a life of holiness."
