Holy Week 2026
We encourage you to walk with the DBU Family through a series of Holy Week devotionals as we contemplate the agony of the Suffering Servant and rejoice in the ascending triumph of our resurrected King. This year, we focus our attention on the Garden of Gethsemane as we prayerfully reflect on the journey of Jesus to the cross. We begin the week with Palm Sunday as the Messiah enters Jerusalem humbly on a donkey, fulfilling the prophecy of Zechariah. We finish the week with Christ's obedience unto death and His triumphant ascent from the grave, freeing us through faith from the shackles of sin and redeeming us for the Father as His beloved sons and daughters.
