Intuitive and quantitative
We created the perfect blend between the quantitative and intuitive approaches. Many business degrees still operate in outdated practices that laser-focus on reducing everything to the quantitative. The Master of Science in Management, however, focuses on mission, vision, and people, in concert with quantitative reasoning, to produce servant leaders who rise above the norm. Because our students are taught to quickly identify challenges, using the traits of intuitive thinking in addition to quantitative analysis, they are better equipped to more swiftly recognize and adapt to change. This is opposed to the robotic perspective of practices that measure elements which provide little to no insight into the immediate situation.
