At the time of the current study, she was Superintendent of Frost ISD where she held previous positions as elementary principal, school counselor, and teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M – Commerce, a Master of Arts in School Counseling from the University of Texas – Tyler, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership K-12 from Dallas Baptist University.
