Senior Fellow
Jonathan Fechner serves as the Chief of Staff at Dallas Baptist University, as well as the Executive Director of the Institute for Global Engagement. Prior to his transition to academia, Jonathan served as the Executive Director of BridgeBuilders, a non-profit in South Dallas providing afterschool programming, career development, and transitional housing for the most marginalized in our community.
Jonathan received a master's in International Studies from Dallas Baptist University and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies studying how Christian business executives integrate their faith within their leadership. Jonathan is married to Casea Fechner and they have one two daughters, Collins and Margaret.
