In the event of an after-hours emergency situation requiring immediate counseling assistance, you may contact the University Police Department at (214) 333‑5555 for assistance. The University Police Department will provide immediate assistance and notify appropriate staff who can assist with counseling services. In the event of an emergency during weekday office hours, the student can call (214) 333‑5288.

In addition to these campus resources, students may also utilize the local counseling services listed below. Dallas Baptist University can neither endorse nor affirm the competency or quality of the counseling services available at the agencies listed below. The list of services is provided solely for the purpose of information. Students may also need to contact family members during emergencies since students and their families must ultimately take responsibility for the student’s well-being.
