Vehicle Registration
All faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students who drive a personal or commercial vehicle on the Dallas Baptist University campus are required to register their vehicle(s) and obtain a valid Parking Permit Decal for the current academic year. There is no fee for a Parking Permit.
Parking Permit Decals will be issued by the Campus Security Department during the following times:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Full Service Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Vehicle Registration Process
1. Complete the entire Parking Permit Registration Form (can be picked up at the Campus Security Office) and sign and date in the places indicated.
2. Submit the completed Parking Permit Registration Form to the Campus Security Department, located on the first floor of the Strickland Building. Permits can only be issued in person and will not be mailed. Student applicants must provide a current DBU student ID card for receipt of a Parking Permit.
3. Display the Parking Permit Decal on the vehicle as instructed below.

Parking Permit Decals must be displayed on the outside of the rear window of the vehicle in the lower driver's side corner. Decals may be placed on the lower passenger's side corner of the front windshield for vehicles with convertible or removable tops. Failure to display the Parking Permit Decal in the proper place will result in a parking violation citation issued to the registrant by the Campus Security Department.
No more than one parking permit decal may be displayed on any vehicle, except for School of Leadership staff.
