Welcome to the DBU Family

Please follow the steps below to ensure a successful start to your first semester at DBU.

Steps to Completing Your Admissions File

All applicants must submit a completed application for admission and the following:

  • Students who enrolled in college previously, even if no credit was earned, will need to submit official copies of transcripts from all colleges the student has enrolled in before a final admission decision can be made.
  • Working adults with prior college credit must have their transcripts evaluated. Visit our free transcript evaluation tool to create an account to have your transcripts evaluated. Please note, students with transfer credits cannot be adequately advised until their transcripts have been evaluated.
  • Working adult students with fewer than 24 credit hours of college credit must submit a final official high school transcript or GED documentation.

Transcripts and all other required documentation can be emailed to professional@dbu.edu or be mailed to the following address:

Office of Undergraduate Admissions
Dallas Baptist University
3000 Mountain Creek Parkway
