DBU Recognizes Dia De Los Reyes

Dallas, TX – Dallas Baptist University faculty and staff joined together on Wednesday, January 4, to recognize Dia de Los Reyes. A special “Epiphany” chapel service was held in the Gaston Chapel as the University joined together to celebrate the Biblical story of the Wise Men coming to see Jesus Christ. Hymns and prayer were followed by a special message by Jay Harley, dean of students. Harley shared with those in attendance the significance of the service, recognizing that grace came to Earth for all mankind through the birth of the Savior, Jesus.

Following the service, refreshments including Kings bread were served for Dia De Los Reyes, known as the Day of the Kings.
