The dinner and award program were held on the DBU campus. Moses is president and chief executive officer of the Telecom Electric Supply Company, which he founded in 1980. He is a strong spiritual leader in Collin County who has faithfully served as a noteworthy businessman and prominent leader in politics for many years. He also serves a minister at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Plano.

Watts is chairman of J.C. Watts Companies, a multi-industry holding company headquartered in Washington, D.C. He served as a U.S. Congressman from Oklahoma from 1995-2003. |
