Complaint Resolution for Students

Dallas Baptist University desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Prospective and current students of DBU who desire to resolve a grievance should follow the Complaints and Grievances procedure by addressing the complaint to the DBU Executive Vice President Dr. Blair Blackburn by phone at 214.333.5122; by email at evp@dbu.edu or in office at the main campus (Strickland Building, 1st Floor). However, if an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with your state agency designated to receive complaints.
