Russell Farnell   (Russell.Farnell@gmail.com)

Russell holds a B.M. degree from Baylor University and a M.M. degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He has held positions as the Assistant Choirmaster at University Christian School in Fort Worth, served on the Voice Faculty at Martin High School in Arlington as well as the Children and Youth handbell director at Broadway Baptist Church in Fort Worth.

His areas of teaching at Dallas Baptist University include Theory and Composition, University Ringers handbell ensemble and Introduction to Fine Arts.

Russell is a member of ACDA, TCDA, Hymn Society and TMEA. He has had music published and performed by church, university and community choruses.

As well as serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at DBU, Russell is on the music staff at Broadway Baptist Church in Fort Worth.
